Improve connection. Better navigate conflict.
Calm Path therapy can help couples more effectively navigate conflict and strengthen connection.
Calm Path Therapy is a Gottman Relationship Approved Member, and uses research backed proven Gottman tools along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
At the start, a Gottman Relationship Assessment will be administered and provides a comprehensive result of strengths as well as opportunities for positive change in the relationship, with a copy of the results for you to keep.
These results will be the foundation of the efforts to reach the goals you would like to achieve as a couple.
Calm Path Therapy is an ally with the LGBTQIA + community and sees all couples regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation.
